“Will Heinsen is amazing. We had a difficulty getting insurance for my home purchase due to some roofing repairs that needed to be conducted before the house could be insured. This setback could have derailed the purchase of my home. Instead, Will came up with the idea of using Builders Risk Insurance for the interim until the roof was fixed and then switch to homeowner’s insurance at a reduced premium. The, in the middle of the closing preparations, we got new of Hurrican Dorian coming and my future house insurance would not be in place! Will came to the rescue and arranged a pre-payment and cleared everything before the home purchase to ensure that the second the title deed changed names, my home was secured. Thank you Will — for your care and attention. Your brought comfort in a scary situation that I didnt know how to handle or how it would work out! I am and my family are very grateful.”
